    SEC West flexes its muscles

Alabama RAILS MSU, 49-7. Bama could have scored 100 on them today, the backups were in to start the second half. It was one of the most complete dominations I have ever seen. Bama just physically dominated them. The Bama D hurt two MSU QBs, one RBs and a starting WR plus many other players, just beat them up.

and Miss. State rolls Michigan, scoring FIFTY TWO! 52 points against Michigan today, holding them to 14 points.

After a horrible two day stretch for the SEC, with UT getting screwed, UGA looking pitiful and USC doing their best to give FSU a win with 90 turnovers, the SEC finally showed some strength today, with three SEC schools beating three Big 10 schools by a combined score of 148-45. Beat three teams from what some considered the best confernece by 100 points.

I told you Bama would beat MSU. And Michigan's D is horrible, so the 52 points on them isn't surprising.

I'm really disappointed in the UF/PSU game. Horrible QB play and not so good special teams for PSU allowed UF to stay in the game and eventually win.

I thought PSU had the game won honestly. Those late turnovers and the blocked punt sealed the deal.

and boy, MSU flat out sucked. I cannot believe they beat Wisconsin, who is not pushing TCU around like many predicted, down 14-13 with at the half.

the state of Michigan got OWNED today. They got beat by the SECW by a combined score of 101-21

I would've love to see Penn State win that game but UF got em at the end. Bama looked like like bama of last year.

Also doesn't Hart go to the same high school as Heason-Clinton Dix. I think it is Dr. Phillips in Orlando. The funny thing is Bama just practiced there I believe for the bowl game. Oh yea, And they also just gave Dr. Phillips enough money to put a brand new field turf surface down as well as upgrade thier locker rooms.

This doesn't seem above board to me..... I don't understand how this would be allowed by the NCAA.

Yes, they both go to Dr. Phillips, but no the upgrades had nothing to do with them. Bowl practice locations are selected by the NCAA, and Bama did the same thing at the HS they practiced at last year

I don't think the NCAA would pick where the practice would be. I could see the bowl game. But it seems to have worked out well for Bama. They got two great players from that school.

What I read was the Cap. one bowl uses these hs every year and only minor repairs are done to the fields and some cleaning and paint. Only thing Bama did was bring in temp. showers. It is good rec. tool.
